It is not alien to hear that there are individuals who identify as the opposite gender. For readers who might not understand what that means, this means Men Identifying as Women and vice-versa.

So, a columbian model Danna Sultana who was born as a male but identifies as a woman has uploaded her husbands baby bump on Instagram.
She is married to Esteban Landrau who was born a woman but identifies as a man.
The trans couple baby was Conceived naturally and let it be known that the couple are still maintaining the genitals they were born with.
