HON. MRS MARTHA E NWANKWO WITH HER TEAM INSPECTED THE COMPLIANCE OF CHURCHES AS DIRECTED BY THE GOVERNOR

On Sunday, 17th May 2020, at Ohaozara East Development Center (Ugoezeoke) Ohaozara LGA, Ebonyi State, Nigeria.

Hon Mrs Martha Ebere Nwankwo, Coordinator, Ohaozara East DC with her Management Committee Members visited Churches in her DC e.g (Queen of Apostle Catholic Church; Presbyterian Church, Assemblies of God Church etc on the Churches resumption day as directed by His Excellency, Engr Chief Dr Apostle David Nweze Umahi

The visit was to ascertain the level of compliance to Covid-19 rules of Social distancing, wearing of facemask availability of Veronica pocket, hand washing and application of hand Sanitizer.

According to the Hon Mrs Nwankwo, she was sanctified and commended those churches visited

For their total compliance to the Covid-19 Rules

The Coordinator and her team donated facemasks to those Churches visited.

• She then used the opportunity to appealed to people of her DC, in diaspora to remain in their base and stop rushing home to avoid been quarantine at the DC for 14 days and as this will help the State government to curtail the level of covid-19 patients/carriers in the State, maintaining that the existing Covid. 19 recorded cases in the State were all from brothers and sisters that are returnees from other states of the country.
